Personally, I’d pick the Toulon over the Odyssey since I prefer the full milled face over the insert. I also think that the new Odyssey line is over priced at $400.

From what I’ve been told the weight set for the 5K and Toulon lines are not interchangeable. Might wanna check in that to confirm

I've wanted a #7/Las Vegas with a mid slant/H9 hosel but the just don't seem to make one or have it available anywhere....so I made my own.

 

Welder didn't actually fill the hole (I shaved off the nub, then drilled a hole as a 1st experiment to add a plumbers neck - failed miserably) so I'll fill it and the sight dots with some JB weld and finish it. Need to grind off more off the bottom to get weight down a bit (400g right now). Thinking about polishing/torching the fangs and flange, then matte finish the top line and face.

Got impatient and didn't want to wait on a welder - so some steel stick putty, some sandpaper, a little metallic spray paint I had in the garage...functioning putter.  And it'll be nearly 80 degrees tomorrow so hopefully get to get it on some real grass!

Tour Silver Garage Las Vegas arrived late last week. The Stroke Lab shaft and SuperStroke Traxion Pistol GT Tour (50G counter core weight) round out the package. I put 15G black weights in it because it looked better to me. During today’s maiden voyage this putter gave me such confidence over the ball. I made or burned the edge on so many putts today it was insane. I was 100% inside 3’. The feel of this putter is extraordinary! It’s a tiny bit more crisp than my OG WH #7 Bird.

The Mystery MxM was from when Austie Rollinson who was the Chief designer for Odyssey came out with the MxM line. Not sure the whole mystery thing, but it could have been for on tour before MxM hit retail as a part of some early marketing to grab some attention. I had Odyssey make me that putter back in the day with no site line but without the question marks. Feel was fantastic and was one of my favorite putters. You have a great collection!

Thanks man, that’s high praise indeed coming from someone with a collection as good as yours. My MxM has no sight lines either. Such a great putter. Do you mind me asking how you managed to get Odyssey to make you a custom putter? I assume you have a tour van hook up given how many pro x inserts you have in your collection

Popped up on eBay and was able to get it for a great price. Super lucky as I was looking for just a general tri-hot to try but this is perfect as my brain short circuits with the flange sight lines.
