Rental Property Sale - P7TW - PRICE DROP

Hi everyone! I've lined up a rental property, and need the funds to go towards that instead of golf! Therefore, say goodbye to the extras!

 

All prices OBO, and I don't have any trade interests.

 

1. P7TW Irons 4-PW - Tiger Specs - I've been told they are Tiger Specs, but I haven't checked. Please see the pictures for the condition. They were used but kept well. Some chatter and a nick on some of the irons. DG X100 shaft without the band. Golf Pride Tour Velvet Cord Grips in okay condition. The measurement picture shows the 7 iron on the bottom and 5 on top. $1,000 shipped.

2. TaylorMade SIM 4 Hybrid with Gost Shaft - My yearly reminder that I can't do Hybrids. Pictures show condition and length. I believe that this may be shorter than a regular 4 hybrid. Comes with headcover. SOLD

3. Graphite Design AD VR-7X Fairway Shaft - TaylorMade Tip. Bought on a whim, found out the adapter didn't fit the 300 Mini Driver. Decided to sell. 335 tip. Pictures show length, great condition. SOLD 

4.  Srixon Z785 Combo Set - Nippon Modus 120X Shafts - Great Condition! 4 iron is Z585, 5-AW is Z785. Clubs are in great condition with very minor imperfections. Marks on the 9 iron and AW face pictured. Picture with length shows the 7 iron on bottom and 5 iron on top. SOLD

We are turning our current residence into a rental for a local seminary, and buying a new property that will be our primary residence for two years until we can do it again.

 

We did do a duplex last year, currently going well so far.
