PXG sucks

So I was very impressed with PXG irons and customer service until today. I pulled apart my irons and behold a stupid collared ferrule. When I called PXG to pick up a few ferrules for my project…. I was quickly told I can not buy ferrules…. But your ferrules are so ridiculous I can’t find any that match perfectly….. you can send you clubs in and we can put anything in we carry…. But I don’t want to pay your bullxxxx shaft prices…. Yada yada…. I will never ever play PXG again and neither should you… they only care about ripping off hackers … it’s the official brand of hackers.

Also, PXG didn’t charge me a dime in labor to reshaft my irons when I decided to make a change. 
 

I wonder how many other companies do that?

None of the OEMs will sell you their ferrules, there are two very reliable sources for their ferrules plus I’m sure there are more supplies available.

Collared ferrules aren't stupid. When you start allowing ferrules to not have a collar...What's next? Tank Top ferrules? Jeans? This used to be a classy sport, now....I don't know.

If only there was a way you could go on line and find a source for PXG ferrules. Alas and alack, said quest would seem beyond the abilities of mortal men.

As others have stated they are available plenty of places. I just purchased a set of 8 this weekend from Golfworks and they include the cap for .355t shafts.

I respect what Bob did with the company.    Didn't realize that was him.  Still irritating (to me) to listen to so I usually change the channel when the commercials come on.  I cannot comment either way on the equipment because I have never tried it.  People that use it really seem to be happy with it though.

If you were even a half-decent club maker, you never would have started this thread. Because anybody who knows anything about building clubs knows all about Golfworks and Billy Bob's. If they don't have something, you don't need it. Now untwist your panties and go to one of those sites and order your ferrules for those very nice PXG clubs. And get some actual golf club epoxy while you're at it, because hack builders generally don't use the right stuff.  We don't want those nice PXG heads to go flying off, now do we?

Pretty sure all PXG irons are .370. That's why the ferrules are sold with the little shim cap.
