Flightscope Xi Tour low Launch angle

I recently bought a used Flightscope xi Tour and everything works fine when I am on the Range. But today was the first time trying it in the short indoor mode and I have 8,8 ft to my net and the space to the FS is unlimited. But now I get strange readings. The carry distances are very low especially with the long irons and woods and it’s because of the launch angle and the height both are really low but I don’t know why. Could it be a problem is not perfectly flat, the FS is a bit above the tee height. But all my irons up to 7 iron are really good with no strange readings. I didn’t get a good reading from driver etc. so every shot seems odd.
maybe some of you had the same problems and have a solution.

The unit should not be above the ball. It's tilted up, so it basically can't "see" the ball until it's already airborne for a bit, so it reports that it's launching lower than it really is.

Do you think cold weather like 0 Degrees celsius could make some problems because when i Start the session everything looks good but after a while the data is getting wrong. So it can’t be a hardware or software problem when it works at the beginning.

Sorry but that's not true. Most common hardware problem that would lead to this type of behavior is a battery/power supply issue - but that's not the only one. And temperature has the potential to effect electronic hardware performance when there might be some degradation in the integrity of the electronics.

I'd call flightscope support - they will usually answer questions even if you don't have a support contract.

Hey thank you for answering. I think a was a bit paranoid and had a poor setup that lead to this problem. Right now I can’t complain about it anymore and it produce some really good data that looks right.
