think your tipping information on the Ventus shafts is a bit off... its 4 inches from the raw tip to the start of the 'E' graphics in Velocore

this is how 6x was ordered. 
 

I am under the understanding the 8x was only tipped .25”

yeah really annoying how OEMs tip their shafts a bunch as standard practice (and varies across the industry)... then the ordering process can get very confusing. Think you ended up getting 1" in addition to TM's standard. 

 

Edit: being a mid soft shaft I doubt it's a big deal, especially with the 6x. Great price too. Actually kinda interested myself haha
