Me too but I’m not about to pay $2500 for them.  Hoping cobra wakes up and drops the price on them eventually.

There is the forged. It is basically the exact same club minus the full milling. Those can be had for $1300 I think. Or you can get the revs off ebay brand new for around 16-1700.

Why would Cobra go away from the super durable black finish they had on their CB/MBs?  I have the MBs, and have played them heavily for the last two seasons.  The finish still looks great.  It is super durable.

Yeah, I try to not buy off eBay but I’ll look.  Last time I searched they were all still over $2k unless they were used.

Why? Cobra is very pleased with their release I'm sure. I think this release by Cobra is probably going to be one of their most successful and it's mainly driven by Bryson. Rickie hasn't been "IT" for Cobra for a little while now. These PGA players sometimes do things that don't make sense when they are struggling to find something. Like Justin Rose the last few years. They are not the needle movers anyways.

Haven’t seen a tour pro with a “pro only” grip on a putter in years. Used to be the go to grip for guys in the late 80-90s on a ping anser/anser2

I dont think saying Rickie doesn't move the needle is the right call. He has always been and will always be a huge fan favourite. For example, this WITB thread has had over 5K in views. For some perspective see below some of the more recent WITBs that got put up at the same time.

There can only be one winner per week, around 50 per year if all single winners. Companies dont always look at wins, there is so much that goes into a sponsorship proposal and I bet any company would love to have him on the books!

I am putting my third set of shafts in the Rev's now. I love the look of these irons and coming from the King forged pro MB was a pretty smooth transition. I will say that the wear on these versus the non milled set (saw the bst set with 5,000 rounds) is very different. I practice a ton and my six iron face is pretty worn compared to most of the other clubs I have used. I am putting MMT 125 in them now and bending super flat to go with some swing changes. I did not pay anywhere near 2500 for them though and got them new. I think Cobra missed the boat on pricing these. $1500 would have sold them all day one probably.
