I wear the tailored in Bonobos, wear same waist size in both, touch more room in hips, tapered below knee, they also make in a straight version, all free returns and exchanges, pretty easy process, CS is excellent.

mailbox cleaned up, thanks

I'm a short dude. I wear Tailored Bonobos, but I still need to hem them, and I tailor them with a taper below the knee to get an even smaller leg opening. As a 32x26 (yes yes, laugh all you want), would you mind measuring the leg opening at wherever a 26 or 27" inseam would drop? If I could find a company that I only had to hem instead of hem and tailor, it would be nice. 🙂

Callaway Rogue ST Max - Tensei AV White - 8*
Taylormade M3 HL - MFS5 White Tie 60S -0.75" (42.5")

Mizuno JPX 923 HMP - 4-G - Recoil 95 S - 2* upright

Callaway X-JAWS - 52/58*

Odyssey OWorks 2ball  -  34" - 1* loft - 71* lie
Slighter Proto 1 #9/Del Mar design - High Toe - Long neck - Deep Milled face - 33", 370gr, lie 71*, loft 4*

You won’t need to taper these below the knee

I just looked up the Cokato Hoodie, those are sick! I like them a lot. Just very spendy for me

Agreed, I won my fantasy baseball league though (around $600) and told myself i was going to splurge for a couple nice winter items.  I got them on their black friday sale so I think the hoody and half zip came out to something like $200 total or so, give or take.

I would never pay full price for any type of golf clothes haha unless i had a gift card or won lottery.

Try Jcrew slim fit performance.  I am 30-28 and the hem is still slim from a 32 length.  Great price at outlets as well.

If Sunglasses count then the Oakley Flack 2.0 are the best purchase I made all year

I was buying cheap sunglasses for a long time and I just found a good deal on the Bay.

Cashmere hoodies are expensive, no doubt; I got a JCrew one on a big sale, and then found a Vince one on sale.  I originally went with the RLX cashmere hoodie on sale but it literally ripped at the neck seam in two days.  Some really good sales right now.  Good luck.

For hot and humid rounds of North Carolina summer golf, the Johnnie-O performance mesh polos are perfect.  They breathe great, and don’t show sweat the way other performance polos do.  For those of us who sweat a lot, it is nice to not look like you are wearing a wet trash bag!  I think I have 7 or 8 of these polos now, and they are pretty much all I’ll wear from June through August.

I'll second the ECCO shoes. Buddy of mine recommended them. I now have 3 pair. 2 for work and one for the course. I've always had problems with my feet that have only gotten worse as I get older. Even decent golf shoes (FJ, Nike, Adidas, etc) last 6-8 rounds before they start killing me. These ECCOs are like a dream. 40+ rounds since I've bought them and still feel like new. Same for the street/work shoes. I'll never buy another brand.

Quince Cashmere hoodie and ultra stretch 24/7 pants.  The prices were so low I expected garbage, but the quality of both FAR exceeded their price point.  Can’t imagine they will maintain the same quality and/or prices much longer!

Don't lose hope, you'd be shocked how much we pay over what it actually costs the company to make a product.

My boss is pretty close with the guys at a clothing shop that has a ton of PM, Johnnie O, etc.  He told me once he was getting something ordered and caught a glimpse of the screen and said something like a PM pullover he was looking at, the retail shop bought it for like $60 or something stupid low and then of course put it for sale for twice that.

I recently thought if I/we could obtain quality clothes like a PM or Greyson and sell them for even 75% of what those brands sell at, it would be a money train.

My country club has a merchandise "membership" you can add for like $100 a year or something that lets you buy everything at cost plus tax, only exclusion is Ping of course. I can tell you with certainty, markup on the vast majority of "new, full priced" golf apparel is about 50-60%. I pay about $40 for Travis Matthew polos that are $95 retail. Adidas anything is like $35 for something that's listed at $80-90. For clubs it's can be a major swing depending on OEM, some you're basically getting sales tax covered, others you're getting it for 60% of MSRP.

Damn what a nice perk.

On the clubs, I played with a couple guys who worked at GG, they got clubs at cost (maybe cost plus like 10%), I asked them what the new driver at the time would be, they said something like $250 (it was new and retailing at $400 or $450 at the time)
