Increase in membership, how to handle more play?

Since it is free you have a lot of control over the situation and can modify or change things as circumstances dictate without too much blowback.

 

Assuming they could even find caddies, and train them, and so on, the pro is probably not looking at increasing overhead and exposure - interview might come to a screeching halt.  Or do you think they have a pool of people in the community or at the club who are already experienced caddies such that the caddies will be true "independent contractors"? Wont fly.  Course giving up revenue on its likely heavy investment in carts? Won't fly.

If you are going in for some hypothetical consulting as part of your interview "I've been told" and "I wouldn't expect" aren't going to cut it.  You can figure out some of this from Google and otherwise I'd figure out a way to "know" more about the course as the foundation for any opinions if they relate to any of your suggestions or any back and forth about them or the pro's ideas.

I appreciate the comments, as someone who has interviewed and conducted interviews throughout my career, I'm pretty versed in phrases and words to stay away from during an interview and I've done my research on the course. At this point I have the information I need via my own thoughts and through the suggestions in this thread, so I'm closing it up.
