the Pro Plus is a GREAT ball!  Long off the driver, feels good off the irons, and spins well with the wedges.  I believe it's every bit as good as a Pro V1 or V1x, but quite a bit less expensive.  It's my ball of choice for the foreseeable future, unless I like the Srixon Z Star XV.  The Srixons are even a bit cheaper where I buy balls.  But you certainly can't go Wrong with the Vice Pro Plus.  I highly recommend it.

This is my main ball and I basically notice no difference between them and ProV1x.

I might even go as far to say the Vice Pro Plus is a bit more durable, probably the most durable ball I've played, especially compared to Chrome Softs.

Only weirdness I've seen is that if you hit a tree really solid they can get a chunky yellow mark on them for some reason that doesn't go away. I don't think I've noticed such a yellow mark on other balls after hitting trees but I don't really have a big enough sample size to say for sure

I played around with some over the winter during simulator season here in the Northeast and found myself liking them quite a bit. I ordered a few dozen to try out once the weather here changes. Seemed to spin a little less and launch a hair lower than Pro V1x for me through the bag.

2020 Versions of the Pro line is very durable. Keep them off trees and cart paths and they'll last a while.

Well that's the real trick, isn't it? Land a drive on a cart path and get another 40 - 60 yards off the drive but, the ball gets messed up. Luckily, I'm not trying to make tour so it's a moot point for me. I'll give them a try again soon.

Does anyone notice a big drop in spin with the Vice Pro Plus vs a Pro V1X with their irons and around the greens? I've seen some charts on other sites that say the Vice PP should spin a lot less.

It does spin a few hundred rpms lower, but has higher ball speed,  launch, and decent angle so stopping power is very slightly better on the Vice.

It's actually a very underrated ball IMO.  I game the MTB-X but got a sleeve of these to try from my uncle last year.  They play like the older proV1x before Titleist decided to change their formula in 2017.  Mid launch/low spin.  They spin a little less than the MTB-X for irons which is what I prefer.

Vice pro plus is a great budget friendly ball. I play the pro plus in lime green. Main reason I play it is that most of the players in my group play white and yellow. The lime green just stands out on the fairways and greens so it is easy to pick out. Durability is my only issue but I typically switch balls after about 3 rounds or if they get lost so be it. Performance for me is right at about a Titliest Prov V1. Not as much spin as I would like but distance off the tee and on approach shots, pretty comparable. In terms of feel, these will give you that thinner cover feeling which also contributes to the durability factor. Over all, for the price specially when the have the buy 5 and get 1 free deal which after shipping drops them to about $28 dollars a dozen, you can’t go wrong. Stay away from the gold and black which are hard to find in the rough and often times the fairway.

What would the feel on this ball be like compared to a Pro-V1 around the greens?

Feel and spin wise I would put it closer to the Pro-V1 than the Pro-V1X.  The wedge tests on the MGS puts the 55 yd spin around the AVX and the Pro-V1X Left Dash.  It is by no means as firm as the X or X Left Dash.

The Vice Pro is an excellent choice if you are budget conscious and want to approximate ProV feel and performance.

I found a gold Vice Pro Plus at Black Gold last Thursday and decided to tee it up at Green River on Sunday.  Shot 74 with an eagle and birdie.  It's long off the tee and my distance with irons were absolutely dialed in.  As soon as I finish up the MTB-X, I will look into getting 5 boxes of these.  Maybe not in gold though since it's really hard to spot in the grass.

I mainly play the Vice Pro plus and the Snell MTB X.  They are almost interchangeable to me. I've hit my longest drives in the last year with the Vice, maybe a few yards longer than the Snell. The Snell seems a little better in the wind. Both are as good as the Pro V1's I'd say.

As attested here, the balls must be good.  But beware of customer service.  IF you you any problem with your order, it will be a big problem.  I ordered the Pro in red.  It came in orange.  They would not exchange without me paying the postage back to Germany.  I did so regretably.  Then the balls sat in German customs for a month.  Vice did not want to send me the correct balls until they received them.  Then my balls finally come.  They only send my 5 dozen when I bought the promo 6 dozen for 5.  The 6 dozen is what I received the first time but not the replacement.  I ordered my balls in early April.  Now it is June and the order is yet to be complete.
