Some people think it stands for Surgical Stainless Steel but according to Drew the tour rep it is Studio Stainless Steel.

It works for him.  Why fix it if it ain't broken?  The DI is an oldie but still a goodie.

Very true. Just seeing so many Titleist guys who had the T100s move to the latest one, that's all. I think they did an amazing job of refining the T100 irons.

He plays the T100 which has a 46* PW, and then carries a 48* vokey? Seems like an odd step in lofts. Something must be weak or strong

Actually, if you look closely, the 48 Vokey is his PW. The irons are 3-9. Probably some bending in there somewhere though. 🤔

@theDanimal Your initial observation is likely correct at any rate. It may have started life as a 48, but I’d wager that it’s pretty close to 46 now.
