The only driver I have even hit on there is the TSi3, guess no need to try anything……

I like how the Rogue Max LS is the recommendation for every tier, except if you are 95-105. Seems like an odd choice.

What a silly classification based on swing speed. Those are all great drivers. Decide based on price point, looks, feel, brand loyalty, or even novelty.

I find it odd that the most forgiving category has the Rogue ST MAX LS listed instead of the higher MOI Rogue ST MAX. It is also recommended in the below 94 mph and below category. Hmmmmm.

Probably older then many here and for sure don't have the SS of most here. That said I tried then bought a TSi1 and put in the AD-DI 5 shaft and it has been absolute money for me. 65 years old 88 mph ss TIFWIW

Its not listed, but I will be testing the Gen5 0311 PXG Driver in the next 2 weeks .. from what I am hearing .. it is sooooo good

Triple diamond is only designated for us Golf Wrx's who swing 120+, make 180+ ball speed and/or are scratch or better.  😉

I just did a fitting and the Ping G425 LST 10.5 was the best fit for me.  Second was the Srixon ZX5. The Callaway LS and triple diamond were good but launch was off, Cobra LS was also really good but not as straight as Ping.  Titleist was good not great for me and I hated the TaylorMade.  

 

If you guys care here were my numbers consistently through the fitting:

Ball Speed 152

clubhead: 103

spin: 2325

launch: 13.5

Went to hit the new drivers last week.  Average swing speed for the fitting was right at 112 and ball speed averaged 165 across most of the drivers.  I hit every driver on the "high speed" list and I can say they were all good drivers.  I ended up finding the rogue max LS gave me the most consistent numbers and best ball flight.  Trying to get fit is key whenever possible.  In the past Pings have always been some of the worst performing drivers for me(to be fair I have never hit the 410).  This year the the Ping 425LST was a pretty close second.

I have hit everything. I could play and be happy with any of them. I have some personal favs and I am not even sure the order but my top 3 are the stealth plus, cobra LTDx or LTDx LS (both are great) and the mizuno stz 220. I could play with any of these and be really happy.

The Triple Diamond and LS are the best for everyone with half a brain.   LOL   

 

Works for all speeds .   Don't be fooled by the marketing as if you have to have 190 ball speeds and 120 SS.    I know  224 ball speed  154 SS works just fine .   

Even guys with 130 BS   90SS  are digging it .  C'mon man , bring it on.    Let's Go

The Stealth Plus is a beast. I haven’t hit the Callaway or the Mizuno, which I plan to do, but it’s pretty hard for me to see something beating the TM.

It will be tough to beat. Especially if set up well. It is one of the fastest I have tested ballspeed wise this year. Only slightly trumped but the LTDx LS in my testing.

Unbelievable that the Mizuno ST-Z 220 isn't anywhere in this article. Incredibly forgiving, just as fast as the rest, and $200 cheaper.

For me, Ping G425 Max beat the Rogue ST Max in terms of more consistent and higher ball speed, straighter. There is no one best driver - just the one that works for you.

Brings back memories. I won a fitting/reviewer thru GolfWrx when the G400 was released. Did a full report for the forum. Treated me like a king. Walked way with a fully fit G400 Max and took a pic here. As a Phoenix resident, I will always be a Ping fan. Have two buddies that smoke the G425 LST.
