Think there's way too many variables to give you one specific driver.  Some driver heads work well with certain swing speeds, attack angles, different areas of the club face, what your typical mishit might be.  My typical shot shape is straight, or baby draws.  Mishits are high right, mostly due to open clubface.  Driver swing speeds around 107-110mph.

TM isn't usually the "most forgiving" driver, and the max isn't the "low spin" model.  Shafts will also determine launch and spin numbers.  I tried the sim2 max last year and I didn't gain anymore forgiveness with the max compared to the regular sim2.  It flew high and spun too much.  The sim2 8* had too little spin on mishits.  So I ended up with the 9* sim 2 with ventus black velocore 6x.

I tried the stealth 9* and Rogue TD LS, didn't get along with them. Ping 425 max is a high spinner for me.

I'm currently testing the rogue st max LS 9*, stealth+ 9* and cobra ltdx LS 9* all with  tensei white 60g x-stiff.  So far I'm really liking the rogue st max LS.  Piercing baby draws, mishits lose some distance, but still playable.  Stealth+ high baby fades, mishits go high, long, right.  Cobra ltdx LS is long and straight, mishits are left, right, and some high/short/spinny, so my dispersion sucks.  Just my personal experiences.

If you don’t find a “max” head forgiving then there is another problem

This. The SIM2 Max is a very high MOI head, which is going to be your primary measure of forgiveness. If you're having problems here then equipment is not the answer and you need to delve into what problems you're actually experiencing and how they relate to your mechanics/faults.

I have found my G425 Max head to be low spin even though it's forgiving. Last year I had the RAD XB and it hovered around 2000 for me, so I would say modern forgiving drivers are low spin.

Everything depends on your delivery and striking..

So many things already touched on, what I do have to add is how long have you played/have you gotten lessons to try to see if it’s your mechanics and not equipment?

I was shooting high 90s when I picked up the game seriously last year, finally caved in to lessons in Oct. Worked all winter on what I was taught including a brand new swing/grip, it’s not perfect by any means but I now have increased my carry 30-40 yards and dispersion is 100% tighter than before.

To answer the main question, the Sim 2 Max is up there in most forgiving, Low Spin/Forgiving I’d have to say LTDx and Rogue ST Max LS is your best bet.

I'm not very good so forgiving is important to me. Although I'm a naturally low spinner due to a strongly positive swing, that swing is getting increasingly slow as I age, so I need to eke out every yard I can.

I'm also a compulsive tester, and a compulsive ho.

So I've tried a bunch of drivers in attempts to match your criteria in recent years. In fact pretty much all of them.

Some were too low in spin (SIM) and too unforgiving (also SIM).

Others forgiving but too high in spin (G400, SIM 2 Max).

Six months ago I would have said that the Callaway Fusion was the best recent driver combining good forgiveness and good spin. I liked it so much I started what became a very long thread honouring this sorely unappreciated driver.

Then, in another burst of trying to buy a game, I tried out the Titleist TSi2, in spite of a belief that Titleist drivers were both unforgiving and high spinning. To my surprise it has proven to be as forgiving as anything I've tried in terms of retaining ball speed, and seems to have ideal spin.

I should note that due to lockdowns etc I have not put the TSi2 on a launch monitor to check spin as I usually do. But given its launch and distance have been at least as good as my previous faves, and its dropoffs for my inevitable miss-strikes notably better I am quite confident.

I think what most people perceive as "forgiving" is getting a straight shot without too much a loss of distance on off- center strikes. Forget low spin, high forgiveness, etc etc. Find a head/shaft/ball combo that lets you get in a consistent spin/launch window for your swing

The Stealth+ for me is forgiving enough and is low spin.  FYI, I'm not a great ball striker in general although it's gotten better recently.  My mishits retained higher ball speeds on average with consistently low spin numbers unlike my SIM 2 which was very inconsistent in terms of spin numbers on mishits.

At the expense of not just throwing out driver names, I'd suggest looking for the most forgiveness you can (most big brands have a high MOI, forgiving option), first.  As others have said, your Sim 2 Max should fit the bill here, and there are other drivers already mentioned that would work great.

From there, consider looking into manipulating (i.e. decreasing) spin through loft and shaft adjustments.  If you want less spin in a high forgiveness driver, reduce the loft and install a lower launching, lower spinning shaft.  A proper club fitter would be a great resource for this.

Lower spin can also be achieved by altering swing mechanics, as well.  Regardless of driver set up, one should be able to mechanically reduce spin by increasing angle of attack and decreasing dynamic loft.  Unfortunately, this requires more work and time than an equipment change, and may not necessarily be the best route to go down.

Most of the modern drivers are forgiving, so I lean towards something with your swing.  It could also be your golf ball.

There's no such thing as a forgiving low spin driver.  It is like trying to find a iron that has the forgiveness of a Ping G Series iron in a traditional forged blade.  The OP is better off finding a the most forgiving driver he/she can get.  Besides, the increase in yardage between forgiving drivers and their low spin counter parts is only about 5 yards in carry at most from what I've seen.

OP, this needs to be on your list. I came here specifically to mention the TEE C721. It beat out the G425 max for me because it was nearly as forgiving and spun WAY less. I was going to test the G425 LST but everything I saw suggested it was only 200-300RPM different whereas I was more like 500-700RPM less with the TEE C721 and the sound and feel were SO much better.

I tend to agree with @cgasucks though not as extreme of an example. I have liked the optionality I have with the Cobra Speedzone. You can move the heavy weight back for more "forgiveness" but that brings spin up (though not to an unmanageable level) and launch goes up a tad. If you find you are spinning it too much you can move the weight back forward and drop spin (not everyone sees a noticeable drop in spin when doing this...I did). Ultimately, when I was lost with my driver for a bit I moved the weight back and lofted up (to 10.5) and found my dispersion tightened up without a real noticeable loss in distance. Also, I have almost no knuckleball shots that drop out of the sky from having too little spin. Just my two cents. If you are struggling with forgiveness AND spin, I think forgiveness (i.e. keeping the ball on the planet and getting a decent carry number out of a bad strike) trumps spin every day of the week. If you are spinning a Sim Max over 3000 rpm then you have something wrong in your delivery and/or you are hitting it out of the heel.

Rogue ST Max LS is definitely a very, very stable driver for something in the lower-spin category. Also, from the YouTube stuff I've seen, the standard Rogue ST Max only spins a tiny bit more.

I just shelved the Mavrik Max, spun it way to much and drive would stop on a fairway like I hit a towering wedge. Went to Titleist TSI3 and have much better results using same shaft. Be careful, you can go low spin but you can go too low, I remember hitting a Epic Sub-Zero that I couldn't get off the ground
