Tour Adam Scott WITB – 2022 the Memorial Tournament

Scott had two different 8 irons in the bag on Monday: a Titleist 681.AS proto and a Titleist 680. He said he's simply testing out a different sole grind with less bounce on the 680, but the 681.AS is still his gamer.

So 15 clubs. I know the wedge setup will change come Thursday but curious on this Mizuno 3-iron and 7-wood. Lofts are close and I've seen him bag both. Wonder what the distance gap is on those??

Definitely the most beautiful irons there are. Putter makes me sick up a little bit, but it can be forgiven.

Did they bend offset into all the wedges other than the 60? Sure looks that way. Interesting to see the FliHi in another players bag who has mostly played Titleist (Cam Smith).

Hosel actually says "made in Japan" with no other hints. Maybe a Miura or Mizuno forging?

I've had that happen to clubs from cleaning with a wet towel dragging sand or something from out of the grooves.

Brand new raw wedges have this kind of lines, normally not this much but a little. Think they come when you make the groves, all the other finishes gets a coating after.

I have raw wedges I have never seen line out on the smooth part of the face before.. I dont think I have ever noticed that on other tour wedges as well. But maybe... I dunno..

Here is my fairly new set of wedges, Sm9 Raw. The lines were before I started to use them, at least most of them, when you play you will never notice them. But on my wedgework t-grind there are none.

Anybody rolled the new LAB putter yet, looks like more and more putting them into play. CH3 put one in play last week.

Scott has a 52 degree wedge, 54 degree wedge and a 56 degree wedge? Interesting. Looks like there is 16 clubs in the bag, so he could be testing to see what wedge he wants to use in the tournament. However, you would think that they would be the same degree loft with just different bounces to see what works best for the course conditions.
