Only one I have played is Heritage.  The raters never make it out of the golden triangle of the state.

Dale Hollow State Park course would be the only course I have first hand knowledge of that may compete to get on the list.  But it has been probably 10 years or more since I made the pilgrimage east to play it.  At one point we were going annually and, at that point, I would have given it the nod over Heritage Hill based upon design.  Conditions at the State Park courses seem to ebb and flow with what the powers that be deem more important.  The biggest hang-up with Dale Hollow was the bunkers would wash out pretty regularly due to design.  That may have been rectified at this point however.

 

Park Mammoth in Park City may make a run on the list if the complete redo is as good as is reported.  I plan to get out there soon and see for myself as it is a less than hour trip up I-65 for me.

Having played both I would rate Heritage Hill much higher than Cherry Blossom.

 

I would rather play Dale Hollow than either, though I agree that conditions can be hit or miss.
