Bryan Park Courses in Greensboro conditions?

Lots of available tee times on both courses this Sunday, how are the conditions there?

Any updates to this? Playing there this Saturday and mostly interested in the conditions/speed of the greens.

Played 18 on the Players course this afternoon so I'll add this for whoever may be interested.

 

Overall conditions were very good. Tee boxes, fairways and greens. Greens weren't overly fast but definitely not slow. The worst part about them was the abundance of unrepaired pitch marks, but that's to be expected teeing off at 2pm on a Saturday and a public course.

 

This was my and my wife's second round here as new NC residents and we both can't wait to go back to BP. A fun course that will be a fairly regular stop.

You should play oak hollow in high point. City course. Pete dye design. Not far from Bryan park.

We did last week. A fun, thinking course. The greens made it difficult with how slow they were/are, and surprisingly hard to hold a green from the approach.

Played the champions course last year and some of thr bunkers were in pretty bad shape, otherwise really enjoyed it.

The Cardinal, otherwise known as Sedgefield Dye Course, is near the airport in Greensboro, and a real test. Pete Dye said the 12th is the hardest par 3 he ever designed. It’s a semi private course, and reasonably priced. Also, Jamestown Park, between Greensboro and High Point is a pretty good public course.

I would say. Cardinal, Bryan park, oak hollow, Jamestown in that order from best to worst. When oak hollows greens are good it’s really good. Bryan park from the tips is longer. Cardinal is great. Jamestown fun to play if all the others are full.

Be prepared to struggle at the Cardinal. Tough track.
