Anyone know anything?

 

Dropped by Titleist, posted all that STITCH gear, played a few times early 2022 and then nothing. I don't think he played in The Masters and wasn't in the field for the PGA/US OPEN. He hasn't posted anything golf in quite some time on SM, wouldn't be surprised if he is going to open a BBQ joint here soon.

I know he had a nasty bout with Lyme disease. Not sure what's going on the last few months, surely he could get into the John Deere.

Lyme disease took its toll. He is sitting pretty well financially all the way around. Is a world class space photographer. Probably enjoying life.

He is too busy drinking bourbon, BBQing, deer hunting, hanging out in park city and paying for his wife's expensive habits(horses), etc. 

 

I highly doubt he would like to do the LIV since DJ is there and pretty sure when the rumors were swirling around DJ during his suspension it involved the MacKenzie and Walkers.

And his wife can pretty much afford her own interests, doesn't need Jimmy for the $.

Do some internet looking and you'll find an article or two and some incredible photos - his gear is other worldly, and yes, he can afford it, but still, it's some serious stuff and he's really good at it.

I watched the PGAmemes home course thing with him and he sounded like the Lyme disease is still plaguing him, but not as bad as it was  Plus he bought a huge ranch in Texas and loves long range shooting.

Blue is far overrated and costs too much imo.  It is a best/worst Christmas gift.

As a photog myself, I was surprised as well; but this is some serious skill. Threads a bit old. Looks like a huge rig. Lenses aren’t cheap!

he came back from a brutal back injury to be one of the best for like 16-18 months. tremendous talent. The lyme disease is no joke. Wish him nothing but the best

Always have felt bad for Walker in the way that everything went for him. Figured out how to win come the end of 2013, then won more than most over the next 2-3 years before snagging his PGA then a few months later, Lyme’s disease. Just when you think he would be looking to kick on and build upon an incredibly successful period, his health prevented him from doing that. 

 

Now all of a sudden he is mid-40’s and amongst a sea of youngsters, he is never getting back to where he once was and he has a long wait until he is eligible to tee it up with the seniors. Plenty time to BBQ and take photographs!

Way overpriced for what it is.  I prefer the Black label of the Johnnie Walker line but that's only if I am forced to pick one.

I just picked up a bottle of the Celebratory Blend yesterday.  It drinks a bit hot - 100 proof but drinks hotter - but a great mix of flavors going on underneath.  Liking it so far.
