Innisbrook/Lake Nona/PGA National GC

I'm looking to move to join one of these golf courses.

If you could choose, what would it be?

Innisbrook - $12,000 entry, $385/mo

Lake Nona: 40,000/ $1,125

PGA: $15,000/$1,125

Innisbrook seems like a very good deal. I'm looking for a place with good players in which pushes me to get better and compete again.

I’ve played Innisbrook and Lake Nona. If you’re making this decision based off your last sentence and your last sentence only, it’s Lake Nona by a mile. Tons of really good players call that place home, and I’m not talking about the known guys. Tons of local/mini tour guys and gals are there grinding everyday, it’s a great players club. Course and practice facilities are always in immaculate shape, and because it’s private you don’t have to deal with the “tourists” playing out there.

If you can afford it, it’s an easy choice. Central Florida also has overall better instructors and players than the Tampa/St. Pete/Clearwater area and more mini tour events as well.

Yeah. I will say Innisbrook does look appealing, just by how cheap it is.

I think I'm going to go tour all of them soon.

Innisbrook isn't fully private correct? I'm guessing that's why it is so much cheaper than the other options.

FYI if you're considering Innisbrook you might want to read through this thread from a few months back.

Correct, it's not 100% private.

Lake Nona looks pretty awesome. I think I'm going to go look at it soon.

To each their own, but I always caution people about joining a semi-private course.

I'm sure there are some places that do it right, but everyone I've know who has tried that ended up regretting it for a variety of reasons.

Where are you getting your numbers from? Lake Nona is only 40K and there is no waitlist?

Listen pal, why would I make it up? I could careless if you believe me or not. Maybe stop assuming and do some research. I've called almost all of the top 50 courses in Florida. It's also dependent on your age wise guy.

Call for yourself.
