@Rapidcat Isn't the announcer on the 1st tee = a decades-long legend of the Open? (Albeit i've forgotten his name  ... not Ivor Robson... as Ivor Robson has retired from first tee announcer duties at The Open since 2015?)

Can someone explain Linn Grant to me...shouldn't she be killin it on courses like this or no?  Watching the LET highlights she looked like a world beater, not to mention the mixed field tourney she blew open.

Great round by smiling Cinderalla.  The the morning group seemed to have it a little easier than the afternoon wave. 

 

Lots of good players near the top.  JYK had a rough time out there though.  She was all over the place with her drives and her putts were just not dropping.

Big difference between the LPGA and LET. How many full time LET players are in the world top 100? Three? 

 

LPGA > JLPGA > KLPGA > LET

Great links course with solid weather, a brisk wind should be in play everyday.  Great round by Shibuno and Jessica.  I think it's still pretty wide open, players just trying to shoot under par rounds and stay away from the big numbers and hope you're within 3-4 shots come Sunday.
