I love Mizuno but never got the JPX Tour line. Feel isn't close to the MP and they are significantly less forgiving than even the MP blades.

No, that’s 100% from your POV. The feel is close enough, and they designed it that way. Forgiveness is where I wholeheartedly disagree - easily as forgiving as their blades with a lot more in the 4/5 spot.

JPX Tour line became popular on tour among the non contract guys years ago because it's their only players forged cavity back that doesn't have gimmicky stuff going on or chromoly/boron forged even in mp line.

900 and 919 tours absolutely were more forgiving than the MP blades. they were basically a players forged cavity back. id agree on the 921's though IMO.

No? Duh. Of course it's from my point of view. As is your comment.

Didn't realize that disclaimer had to be included.

I must be in the twilight zone because the JPX921 Forged >>>>> any of the MPs. I mean the new MP225s feel amazing with the copper underlay (why they are my gamers) but I don't know how you can hit the 921 forged side by side with let's say an MP-20 and say the MP-20 wins in feel....

I'm so confused by this. The MP 221's  feel like hot butter. They're perfect. No JPX iron has even sniffed that level of feel.

Didn’t like the click the 919 tours made.  Never got used to it and defaulted back to the forged Mizuno feel.

at the sake of keeping the thread going and not getting a warning from the mods, I will just let the value of your response speak for itself with “duh…”

I only hit the 900 tour, the popular one and I could feel the muted mizuno feel. Maybe not to the level of a fully forged MP line but was good enough. I never made the switch because I thought my iblades had a slimmer look at address even though 900 tour felt better.
