Does anybody find the G425 Max to have a draw bias? Even playing with the hosel/weight I'm finding it going left a little more than I like. Going to play around with the shaft as well, but now thinking maybe I should have gone with the LST.

absolutely I did

it was pretty long, but not as consistent as my G400 max also

I'm on my 3rd 400 Max.

I've owned 2 410s, a 410 LST and a 425.

And keep coming back to the 400 Max.

Fun story:

I got fit for a G425 by Ping at Papago in Tempe. They put me into the max, don't remember the shaft. Bought it but it couldn't beat out whatever my cobra gamer was at the time (radspeed I think) once I got a few rounds on the course. Returned and picked up a G425 3h which I will never ever give up that is my 🥰

However, I have self-radicalized into the 2 driver approach that TXG has done some videos on. Just ordered a G410 LStec with a 70g x-flex. Will play it flat, open and the weight in the toe, and mid-low tee height and aim left and hit a low squeeze cut fairway finder. I'll also be playing a LTDx LS with a ventus velocore blue 6 Stiff with the weight in the heel, upright, closed, tee high and try to rip high bomb draws.

3w or a wedge will go into timeout depending on course. I don't claim any shred of sanity. 🤷‍♂️

I think there are longer drivers out there for people who don't need the adjustability, but IMO, Ping makes the best clubs for the extreme edges of shape correction. Being able to set the club flat without changing the face on the 410\425 is huge if you fight left.

Handicap .5

Current Bag:
Big Dogs: G410 for Fades, G425 for draws

FW: Ole Blue but stays on the porch most rounds

Hybrids: G425, Cobra  King Tec
Irons: Srixon ZX5/7
Wedges: PM Grind 54/58

Moneymaker: Ping Heppler Tyne 3

Rock: Srixon Z-Star Divide

Do you mean newer modern  fixed hosel  drivers are generally longer than adjust6 ones? I know there's not many newer ones left  Wilson d9 and Cleveland launcher just 2  but still  is adjustable the way to go still?

No, I mean that Ping, in my mind, offers the most adjustability. Sure others have moveable weights, adjustable sleeves, and the ability to set them flat independent of face angle, but few offer all 3 and it's the standard package in ping. I.e. my cobra radspeed gave me a couple more MPH of ballspeed, but the only adjustability was loft and weight forward back. Couldn't fine tune everything at the same time to influence the shot shape.

O I see  I thought ping offered the least in adjustability when I see pics of the g400 theres only a tiny hosel with no much to linker with it seems
