Foresight sport GC quad error code C04 and C08

Anyone using gcquad @foresightsports having this error code issue “every time” turning on your unit? I have to keep turning it off and wait 5-15 minutes to turn it back on and reboot and runs normally. A lot of time I have to do it a few times and some times frozen screen during sessions. It’s running fine now if I didn’t turn it off. I’m afraid to turn it off now, but yet it’s impossible now to use the unit while traveling giving lesson or fitting not knowing when it’s gonna work properly right at once or broke completely . Does it require sending it back to fix it? How long it’ll take if that’s the case? Do they give a loaner? How was your experience with their support team? Bare in mind, I’ve got this problem a couple years already and it’s on the latest firmware if you’re wondering. I’ve had a few over the phone support and they thought they’ve fixed it. Frustrating when we know this isn’t cheap and can’t work without it. Appt book fill up for the next two months🤦🏻‍♂️. Is their support Dept really that bad? GC3 Error Code: C Type

This may be represented by an C01, C02, C04, C05 and so forth.
The C Type error indicates a problem communicating with a GC3 Image Sensor correctly.
This issue is most likely due to a camera failure with the product. However, be sure to follow the steps below to attempt to resolve the issue.

If your GC3 is presenting an error code it could indicate one of the following:

1. Upon startup a hardware component on your device was initiated outside of a set tolerance.

2. Upon startup a hardware component on your device was indicated to have failed and requires repairs.

3. Upon startup a aspect of your specific environment is interfering with the hardware on your device.

To attempt to resolve this please attempt the following in order:

1. Power off the device and unplug the power supply. Wait 1 minute, then plug the power supply into the device and power on the device once more. Repeat this step 2-3 times if needed to confirm the process was given opportunity to resolve the issue.

2. Update your devices firmware.
