I think that would be my choice as well- bend them a degree or two weak, up the spin some, decrease the offset, profit.

With the recent photos from Lowry's bag showing the ZX5's, can anyone confirm how much of the cavity is filled with a glue in insert? It looks like it might just be the little chrome strip surrounding the "mainframe", but it is hard to tell if it is otherwise essentially a single forged piece.

Just the middle part has the glued in badge.

These are going to kill it at retail. Every model looks like a cleaned up and refined upgrade of the previous models. Thinner soles, cleaner looks and new tech added. Well done Srixon

Here in Australia, our premier online retailer is shipping these on Nov 4 with the stock Modus 120 options only.

 

All 4 heads arriving at at least Melbourne Golf fitting Hub next week. 

 

I am being fit Nov 3, so hopefully have detailed in hand pics within 2 weeks after. 

That Srixon ad... Zx7 mkii "For a better feel at impact." Not sure how that's going to be possible, but hey...i'm down to try!

For some reason Srixon have taken the new clubs down from the Aus website. They were there Wednesday and now gone

These and the T100S would have been my choice if I didn't have the Wilson D9 Forged (which I love), and if I was a better golfer.

Most performance gains are in design and player abilities, not in what forgoing house makes the iron. Each of the Srixon iron offerings have been solid

My only gripe and it is a minor one is the current ZX7's are quite low spin vs others. Interesting the Japanese site link states +215 rpm, so they have added a little more spin to the mark II. This is a good thing and I can't wait to try them, they might even kick my 223's out of the bag...

That's the ZX7, the initial ZX5 default shaft will be the 105 i believe.

I don’t know, they’ve been saying this (low spin) about Srixon for a long time, but I’ve never had a problem holding greens. The difference must be from hitting off mats or just marginal.

Same.  I’ve never had an issue holding greens either.  I’ve played some very firm greens and it was more of a hit and bounce, with a little rollout situation.  4 iron ZX7 could get a little low but, I’ve learned to just plan for it.  Wonder if MkII  will spin a little more.  Sure wouldn’t hurt to have a bit more spin.
