Anyone Trade in With Golf Stix.com (golfstixvalueguide.com)

Have a bunch of clubs to trade in.  Looks like Rock Bottom and Golf Stix give me the best return.  I am more than familiar with Rock Bottom.  Has anyone traded with Golfstix.com?  Looking for cash return.  What are your experiences?

I have done tons with them personally and I use them for a member trade-in program at my club. Have had nothing but good experiences with them. Take pretty much anything I've ever had that is name brand. If you don't see it on their site, give them a call and they will usually find a value for you.

Awesome!!!!!  Thanks for reply.  I plan on sending couple clubs to them to see how it goes.  They seem best return, except my irons.  Heck saw they even talk about shirts on the website.

Like the idea they take heads only.  Have a driver I'm trying to sell but want to keep the shaft.

I just wanted to follow with my experience.  I am no way in associated with Golf Stix or 2nd Swing.  I was looking to trade in my clubs for cash, not store credit.  Rock Bottom Golf goes this and was going to use them until a local fitter told me about Golf Stix (golfstixvalueguide.com).  Comparing prices, Golf Stix was offering more than RBG, so decided to give them a try.  When I downloaded the address label, I noticed the Minnesota address and wondered if they were associated with 2nd Swing.  Get to that shortly.  They deduct $9.99 from my estimate for shipping, which isn't bad how shipping costs have increased.  Their website allows you to track the entire trade in process.  They do say allow 7 - 14 days once received for the inspection process to be completed and funds released.  They offer a check or Paypal.  I went with PayPal.  My clubs entered the evaluation process on a Tuesday (Nov 1).  One week later (Nov 8), I received an email the process has been completed and funds will be arriving in the next 1 - 3 days.  The funds hit my PayPal account with 2 hours of the email and were sent by 2nd Swing.  I sent a driver, 3 wood, wedge and shaft.  Yes, they do take shafts as well. 

 

I was extremely happy with this experience.  Even received a call from the company asking if everything went ok.  I will be sending them more clubs in the future.  I had never heard of this company before and wanted to share.  Definitely one to look at next time you are looking to ditch some clubs.

What did you trade in that got you better value than RBG? or are you comparing to RBG Cash value and not 50% bonus?

 

and I can't find it where they take head only. 

 

Taking in an apparel is a first. Even though value is crap, I might actually use it.

Pretty sure the 50% bonus from RBG only applies to their in store credit.  No question you get more in credit from RBG or Global Golf if you will use it.  I just wanted the cash.  They do take heads only.  When you are putting in the condition there is a check box at the bottom that says head only.  It was a Cobra Driver, Titleist 3 wood, Titleist wedge and Tensei fairway shaft.

Getting ready to send in a set of PXG 0311 P Gen 2 irons.  Significant different between the 2.
