Exactly, be careful on the Epic Speed 3 wood, as it's 2" - 2.5" short of standard.

They generally catch TC serials on intake but I've seen people get them from regular product orders at times. Looks like it sold - but it could have been a trade in and the custom just put whatever old shaft he had in it for trade.

I’ve never bought anything on there. Do the average conditioned clubs look like they’ve been used and abused?  I’m thinking about buying a club, but the “average” condition scares me.

It’s their lowest condition so it’s going to look used for sure but their ratings are in a link at the bottoM of the page I think. Either way they have a no questions return policy so you’d be fine if you don’t like it.

I order from there constantly.
 

You can get lucky with average … but stick with like new and very good. 
 

The like new stuff looks like it has never been played. Sometimes in original packaging. 

 

very good is the best value…. Discount over like new and most of it looks like it has never been hit. 
 

with that said…. If something is not satisfactory they give you free returns.  Their customer service is awesome. 
 

I have returned a ton of stuff to them…. Not because of condition,  but because I just realized I order more stuff than I need. 
 

So buy with confidence.

those epic speed 3 woods with the velocore shafts are down to $135. I want to pull the trigger on one, but the average condition is meh!

Regarding condition, I will say I've not had good luck with Toulon putters that weren't like new rated. I've gotten some beat up very good rated Toulons that were returned.

I love CPO, but their like new has been nothing like new for me in the past probably year or so.

Their CS/return policy is so good, it's not a big deal, but like new almost always has had some pretty significant issue for me recently.  Used to be new in plastic a lot.  Guess that's why they have outlet condition now.

Sometimes if you have an issue with the condition, they will offer a credit or exchange if you want to keep it. 
 

also, their warranty is legit. 
 

a driver shaft tip broke on me. Emailed them about it . They had a new shaft in the mail within hours.

If its anything like their 150% trade in bonus on the Callaway website it doesnt show, but it will be there when you get credited.

Love CPO.  FWIW they recently reduced prices on single Apex DCB irons by alot.  I've been watching them for a few months with the thought that a DCB 4 and 5 iron might be a little easier to hit than the standard Apex.

They say on the fine print….. you get the credit when the trade is processed. Won’t reflect on cart..

There is also a TC Epic Flash Heavenwood available in right-hand 5.5 flex (but has adjustable adapter).  In the past I have mostly seen the 5 woods (I have a TC 5 wood and like it).
