What's your miss? 191 carry with a 6 iron is plenty from a distance perspective, but how consistent are you on line etc.

push/slice is the miss. open face at contact

You have good speed as Ironzol mentioned, you're just using your lower body in such a way that it's creating instability and balance issues. I'll create some gifs tonight showing what I mean by that and what you can do to improve it.

By 9:00( still) you have too much horizontal left  shoulder  adduction going back ( translation your lead arm has moved too much across your chest  resulting in your hands too deep.) This also leads to too much right arm elbow bend at the top, >90 degrees .

AMC describes some of the problems of doing this on the enclosed highlight.

These conditions , too much horizontal left shoulder adduction and too much right elbow bend at the top  lead to a transition in which your right elbow moves down instead of down and towards the target line

Fix

This problem  has its genesis in your takeaway

To fix this issue , start your hands straight until they pass your right leg . The checkpoint for doing this correctly is at first parallel . The shaft at this point should be pointing at the target , instead of to the right

Finally get back to this, apologies for the delay.

So you're doing something that I often struggle with as well related to how you're using your left side:

MitchDownswing.gif.9ca42d79e4c69f142ec1c7da5c2a8130.gif

If we watch the path of your left knee we see a big, wide loop out and around, like this:

image.png.d2c030f373b44275ab1179bdcc37143c.png

You're following something similar to the red line where you want to feel a much more direct path like the yellow one.

MitchWeight.gif.d2a91a850c1a2d1d8e5ed089745fe166.gif

The reason is that by taking this long, inefficient route to getting your left leg cleared you end up not creating much force in that direction. Your weight is clearly towards your heel, but weakly, causing the rest of the forces in your swing to still pull you towards the ball. The result is something more
"spinny" that is shaped a bit like this:

When what you want to feel is more this:
