Wishon 585PC vs Titleist T100

I’m not a big YouTube person and honestly only saw this from a Wishon FB post.  But it’s a great comparison which you rarely see.  Given the 585s are progressive, I would’ve loved short and long iron comparison as well to see how they compared.

The Wishon 585PC’s are spectacular forged irons and offer reasonable forgiveness along with great precision. Great looking milled heads and I really like the finish. No tungsten, no multi-material, no welded faces. Thin soles. Very much a shotmaker’s iron.

Soft curve in the leading edge, perfect divots.

They look really good!  The t100 clearly had a thinner topline but didn't look to be much else in it as far as blade size, but hard to tell with the angle of the camera.  I like the all satin of the Wishon!

Both are great irons but forget about the resale value of the Wishons.

Resale? Here's what you do; when it's time to move on from the clubs, go to a local muni on the rougher part of town, look at the players bags, especially the teenagers, you'll see some pretty sloppy sets.

Give them your clubs.

Better yet do it anonymously. The kid will be blown away and you might feel a little better about yourself too. That's the golf culture we can help reestablish and pass on. Just a thought.

After looking at your signature I know why you're so defensive.  I don't mean to offend you.  Tom Wishon is a man I respect greatly and hang on to his every word when it comes to clubs.  I'm just trying to warn people who change clubs as often as they change their underwear that they'll take a hit if they try to resell clubs that aren't made by the big OEMs.

Hey cga, I'm in no-way offended, happy to have the conversation. And...you are on to me! I just needed to get it out there - the reasale thing. Don't get me started on the financing of clubs. 😉 But, this is golfwrx, not normal people.

hands down Wishon takes the cake. 
 

feels better ….. much softer than the T100 and it is way more forgiving the the t100.
