Equivalent Graphite Option From DG105 Stiff?

I love the flex and feel of the DG105 stiff flex shafts in my irons, my elbows want relief though.

 

what graphite shaft would be an equivalent in flex and weight? Recoil 110?

My best guess - yes, probably Recoil 110 F4 (stiff).  Maybe soft stepped.

Some find that the 110 is a little stiffer than the 95 but for me, I found they were pretty similar in stiffness feel.   But that's just me.

 

The bigger (and generally more important) difference would be that the weight wouldn't be as close - particularly in the long irons.   Both the Recoil 110's and the 95's are (slightly) ascending weight shafts, not const like the DG.  So the Recoil 110 is actually 111 gm for the wedge and down to 106 gm for the 3/4 iron shafts.   The Recoil 95 drops down to 91 gm for the 3i shafts.

Those interest me but I would need them in a 355 tip. I think they’re only available in 370.

MMT’s are available in .355.  I’m playing the 105s and find they are fairly similar to DG 105’s.  Not quite as much kick but very similar feeling overall (to me at least).  I think they play a little stiffer than DG 105’s, so like Stuart suggested with the recoils, you may want to soft step them.  I found the MMT to play a good bit stiffer than the recoils so may even want to soft step them twice.

There are both parallel and taper tip versions of the MMT.    The parallel versions only go up to 90 gm.   The taper tip version go heavier but are also more expensive and not quite as widely available.

Anyone have experience with xcaliber rapid taper 105s? 
a good option but the regular plays R+ with recommended trimming fyi

This a good recommendation. The designers of mmt specifically targeted this profile

 

edit: recoil (the original, the non dart) is being discontinued.
