Face Balanced Blades?

I've always been a face balanced guy, but struggling with my mallet head at the moment (Cobra Stingray). Considering switching to a blade style head, but obviously don't want much toe hang. What are the best options?

 

Considering something along the lines of EVNROLL ER2B with gravity grip to make face balanced, but happy to hear options.

I am very happy with my Cobra Widesport. Odyssey Double Wide and Triple Wide are also great

PXG offers their blades with a double bend neck, same with SIK. 

 

Also not sure what you consider a blade but if a ER2 is to you then look at a TM Del Monte 7, has a smidge of toe hang but you'll be fine. As mentioned above WH OH Double Wide, Tri-Hot 5k Triple Wide. 

 

There are others with minimal toe hang and obviously all the custom options out there as well, some for very reasonable prices.

Scotty Newport Dual Balance is an option, double bend shaft in that guy, should be near face balanced. If you can deal with a little toe hang, and dig the look, the Scotty Newport 2 Notchback is a good one too. If you don't mind a little meat in the back, the Scotty Squareback 1 was a personal favorite of mine, so much so I based my MackMade on it. 

 

Another option is to grab your favorite blade and have one of the smaller putter builders weld a neck on there for you that would be face balanced. I love my bent swan neck from MackMade and it's almost perfectly face balanced. I think he still accepts mod jobs, but if he doesn't I think flannigan built does.

I'm a face-balanced guy, I like the Ping Anser 5. You can find the Anser 5 Milled pretty cheap, or the Karsten TR Anser 5 if you want a little more face technology. Both set up well.

Plumbers neck like said, Ping Anser 5 if double bend then that ERB2 would do the trick but its a wide blade like a odyssey 1W.  The Evnroll is face balanced but the 1 W has some slight toe hang.

The Sub 70 Wide Blade would work for you at a reasonable price. They have a single line and sight dot versions available.

Take a look at the Odyssey V-Line Pro, I recently put it back in the bag for a round and performed great, I was fitted by Callaway back in 2013, yes that long ago and I still have it, i just can't get rid of it, it is my go to when I am in a putting funk, it might stay in the bag for a while, forgot how good it felt and how true it rolled for me, plus you can probably find one fairly inexpensive...

I picked up a Bettinardi BB1 Long Neck, it’s face balanced and it’s the best I’ve putted. Was using a Scotty Futura X5 and Toulon Columbus before the BB1LN.

I have a few of their putters and really like the 005 and 005 CS especially.  You just need to play with the interchangeable head weights (4 options included) to dial in what's best for you.

Odyssey Tri Hot 5k Triple Wide would be my choice. 

 

I used to have an old "long-neck" scotty that's also face balanced but something always feel off (feel like I can't fully trust the putter), could be just the weight of MOI

Older putters but Tad Moore had a lot of long necks that were face balanced.
