Just wanted to give a shout out to Callaway Pre Owned

 

Rolled an Eleven Two Ball Tour Lined at a big box store a while back & really liked the setup, feel, etc.

 

Was browsing around a couple days ago on CPO, saw one in my length, “like new” at a significant discount, plus they are currently doing an extra 23% off. Great deal.

 

After I ordered, I realized I should have traded in my current Triple Track 2 Ball. Don’t need both, I’m not one to rotate putters.

Called them this morning, asked if I could do the trade retroactively. The Eleven I ordered shipped today.

 

No problem, immediately after I hung up, got the email with a prepaid shipping label, new receipt with the trade in value deducted from the total.

 

Anything I’ve got from them labeled “like new” would be more accurately described as “new”

 

Looking forward to putting the Eleven in play this year!

Couldn't agree more, both my Son and I are both full bag Callaway players and we have purchased quite a bit from them over the last month.  Great to deal with, and great prices on great gear - I have always been surprised (in a good way) in regards to conditioning on all clubs.

“Outlet” and “Like New” clubs are always in unbelievable shape. 
Their “Other Brands” section also has great prices.

Callaway preowned is awesome.  I have always been happy with my stuff from there (a putter and a couple FW).  The condition is always better than listed.  My only issue was a shaft that arrived with a gouge in it. they refunded me in full no questions asked.

I buy a lot from CPO as well.  Once in a while I get the incorrect club (3w instead of 3+w) or more damage than rated, but they are great to resolve.

 

Only issue at the moment is the loooong wait to process trades.  Site says 45-50 days at the moment!  I'm still awaiting a couple that delivered to their dock back on Dec 2nd.

I just purchased an Odyssey White Hot OG putter and a Jaws Full Toe wedge, both listed as Like New.  Both were brand new with the plastic still on the heads.  Although they indicated on the description that the putter head cover was not included, an original OG head cover was included with the putter.  Also, the price was great and they arrived quickly.  

 

I've purchased a number of clubs from CPO and have always been pleased with the quality of the clubs and their service.

CPO is fantastic to deal with, I purchased a set of Apex 21  Combos mint condition, the ferrel on the 7 iron was loose i called told them the issue as i was playing in a tournament the next day, the sent 1 overnight awesome experience.

I had heard that some were having issues with them. I want to buy some X-Forged CB's in "Very Good" condition. Just curious what others around here have experienced when buying something from them in similar condition.

Can’t speak for “very good” but after I received the putter I ordered, I decided to go with the simpler Tour Lined version in 34” instead of 33”.

 

Returned the first one for a refund & ordered the second.

 

Both of the putter’s I received that were listed “like new” were in fact new, with the original shrink wrap, labels, etc. They may have been picked up & looked at, but you could not distinguish either from brand new.

Absolutely. The only issue that I had was solved within minutes and the condition was always better than expected. 
 

Ordered a Rogue ST Max this week in like new condition and it came with the plastic still on. 
 

Only odd thing is that the graphics on the shaft are upside down. Irritating, but no real big deal.

CPO is always awesome. Great customer service and great prices. The one down side is their trades are currently taking almost 2 months to complete, so keep that in mind.

CPO is great and has been my go to for years now in the top of the bag along with putters. 

 

What is not great is @third-times-a-charmsleuthing of special clubs that pop up there all the time you don't necessarily see if just browsing. The fellow has cost me some money. 

 

Can I blame him for a Toulon Garage Memphis that is currently heading my way? I am trying to resist all urges to look for flatter Rogue ST Max clubs. 😛

There aren't many Callaway clubs I like at all but I always go to Preowned and look around. I do love Odyssey and have a UW but never liked their drivers, irons or wedges. I got to visit their offices and take a tour with Seth and the team once. It is a first class operation and their sales staff will go above and beyond. Get you a rep to deal with on a consistent basis and work with him/her. I just recently snagged a set of other brand irons off their site and they were even better than expected.

Wow, as of today (1/25), the trade estimates on the CPO site are up to 55-60 days after receipt!  I just got credits today for clubs delivered to them back on 12/2.
