Been waiting for a CH on a Toulon 7.  I think they will probably do it.  Already did it on the WH OG.

I actually think they will not bring this to retail (unless it's a super limited release). I think they (Toulon) have the Las Vegas and the #7 is the Odyssey form and they will want it to stay in the Odyssey insert lines. I hope I am wrong...

 

Unless they release an milled like of Odyssey shapes with the Toulon milling and treat us customers to something special. Imagine a Toulon milled 2-ball, #7,  2-wide, and Rossie. Now that would be AMAZING

This is a fact. It’s odd that club companies seem so blind to what people actually want. Either that, or their market research is awful. Based on the past, we won’t see these at retail but I sure hope I’m wrong.

What WRX’ers want is different than what the average non-WRX’ers want.

#7 has to be one of Odysseys best selling shapes all time. I’m sure golfers other than WRX’ers want that shape in a milled line.

Not at the current price point for a milled Toulon. I’ve never seen anyone with a Toulon on a public course. I would love to have one as well but I just don’t see the popularity being there as most would want a Scotty if opting for a milled putter.

I think that only lasted a couple weeks

Was hard to tell because both set ups were so similar

I don’t understand that either.  I want one as his slant neck mallets feel unstable through the stroke to me.

I own a 2022 Toulon. People who automatically buy a SC when they want a milled/expensive putter probably just don’t know that equivalent options exist from other companies (Ping PLD, Toulon, Bettinardi, etc). Popularity doesn’t make it better, all those putters are fully milled from the same material and are all basically the same price. SC’s next 2023 release will surely increase a bit from 2020’s $400 price. I prefer the feel of Toulon’s deep diamond milling patter and I enjoy the fact that my Toulon doesn’t have the same stigma attached to it as a SC - I can pull it out of the bag and people will assume it’s just an ol’ Odyssey

Hoping they offer this in the dark green finish with cream paint.  That is a beautiful combo.  Also like how they straightened the flange.  Much better

I never looked too close but I always thought his logo was just an X. The way they worked the S in there is really clever. Kudos to whatever firm designed it.

The monaco is just a las vegas H3 neck with a light face mill. This Xander putter is different in that its a sharper-edge look - milled Odyssey 7 shape - with Toulon badging.
