Ben Baller doesn't always play golf without a driver, but the Torrey Pines rough is especially long and thick this week, so he's prioritizing accuracy off the tee by going driver-less in the pro-am. He's playing alongside Jon Rahm.

probably didn't hit driver b/c otherwise it would prove that he can't carry it 275 like he claims..

The shade being thrown, not sure why. He’s obviously obsessed with the game and he appears to be a total club junky; brings me back to my first years as a club junky. Overall good for the game & gear community, getting more eyeballs and another vouch for this game that’s been riddled douchery in the past.

It’s probably the move of not bringing a Driver that people don’t like.

Such a key part of the bag that most WRX’rs would bring it even if you’re just using it for 1 Hole on a short course.

Theres various tiers of sponsorship form the big OEMs ranging from 'here's a free bag full of stuff one time to promo us with your following' - to what Rory and Tiger get - but yes he is probably somewhere near the bottom of that.
