My battery went out on my MGI X1 (still in warranty). Called MGI and they quickly arraigned for another to be sent to me free of charge. No hassles, just good service.

Wanted to jump in on this. The front wheel of my Zip Navigator found a hidden hole in the rough and flipped forward about a month ago. The latch on the spine above the battery broke. I reached out to them to purchase a replacement latch and instructions on how to install. They shipped one out the next day for me free of charge and sent me a video on how to install. I found that to be pretty rare these days and was super impressed.

Typically all we ever see are posts from the unhappy customers. It's good to see the positive ones, and my experience with them was similar. Very helpful and professional.

Bunch of my buddies and I bought MGI Navigators towards the beginning of the pandemic.  Several years later, we are all still in awe of these engineering marvels.  Thousands of hours of usage, and other than self-inflicted damage, ours are still running great. And excellent CS when needed.

My ZIP remote’s charging port broke off the circuit board and they sent me a brand new one.  Great company great product.
