LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Kimmel and Colbert. My favorite though is probably John Oliver, I find myself generally thinking exactly the same thing as Oliver. It's a little spooky actually.

Yep, he's got decent knowledge of his subject matter.

 

"After strong performances in all the majors, including a 4th-place finish in the Masters Tournament and a tie for 8th in the PGA Championship, Nobilo left Europe at the end of 1996 and joined the United States-based PGA Tour for the following season. He won the Greater Greensboro Chrysler Classic during his rookie season, which proved to be his only win on that tour. He has featured in the top 50 of the Official World Golf Rankings."

 

"One week after his marriage to Selena in 1998, Nobilo was struck above the left eye by an errant tee shot at the Lake Nona Golf & Country Club in Central Florida. The injury required 30 stitches, and affected his play afterwards."

 

We'll never know, but maybe an even better playing career would have been without that eye injury?

It was his back that was the big issue and forced him out of the game.

True - arthritis was an issue ala 1997, the back around late 1999/early 2000. 
 

Before people made a thing about fantasy leagues, he was always on my team for the majors in a little majors competition I had with a friend way back in the day. 
 

Frank was and is cool.

I had the opportunity to talk with Frank Nobilo at the John Deere last summer. Very down to earth talked about state of his game,how today’s players are true athletes and old Mizuno blades. Spent about 15 minutes with him, very funny and self deprecating about his career. I think his does a good job so far on the telecast. Just my .02
