Dynamic Gold Tour X

Dug out some old sticks and found a few with the old DG Tour X’s.  Are these the same as today’s X7’s?  Anyone remember the specs on these.  Have a .610 butt.  At the time they were supposed to be stiffer/lower than x100.

its not the same shaft.

 

Todays model has identical step pattern as DG X100  only larger OD over all  who cost only 2 grams , for a full flex up , with the genuin "DG feel"

 

The OG was made down to SW Wedge,  and had another uncut lenght than other DG models.

 

measure tip lenght to first step on your #9

 

Measure to from the step, down to where the ferrule and the hosel top meets , and add 1.25 as insert.

 

DG X100/X SEVEN, has a  6.0" tip length as,#9 iron shaft

 

uncut they was officially 135 grams  or about ,+3 grams up from todays X seven.

 

i cant recall uncut lenght, and dont have the specs at hand, so im unsure if it was all due to uncut lenght, and what other specs they had for tip vs butt lenght or the steps . its 8 years since i saw a set.

Thanks for the reply. That makes sense. Have about 4 sets in various heads.  Back around 2005 or so.  They feel good, but heavier than current X100.
