Not uncommon to see beat superstroke grips on tour. Yes they wear out quicker than rubber, but I have to imagine that some guys prefer them worn because they don't like a tacky putter grip.

I'm well aware of how bad SS grips wear, as for tacky yeah I can see that they are slick when new.

As pretty as those clevelands are - I would probably go with something like the black Cobra King MBs or Callaway Apex MB 21s.  I like a little something going on, I guess.  If its too plain - its just kinda meh in my eyes.

Those clevelands have maybe a little too much going on.
