Looking for driver shaft advice

I’m looking for some possible driver shaft recommendations. I have a driver swing speed of 103-105 with an average of 245 yards. I’ve been playing a Ventus Blue 6S over the winter in my sim league. Had good results but when I get on it my dispersion is off. I feel like I have to make a really smooth swing which leads me to having too slow down at times. 

 

So I tried a Tensei 1K Black and instantly saw tighter dispersion and more distance. But it’s a pretty stout shaft and I feel like I may be swinging too hard. It also feels pretty harsh. 
 

Looking for something more in line with the Tensei 1K Black but just a tad bit more flexible and wanting to see what recommendations people had. 
 

Not sure if the answer is too try a Tensei White or perhaps a different model of the Ventus.

I use a Graphite Design Tour AD XC 7X that achieves what you are describing for me while being a really good feeling shaft.  I would echo your comment that the Tensei White doesn't have the best feel in the world.

Graphite Design? Most of their line has a pretty good feel. IZ, DI, HD, VR. Stay away from the XC, it's stout, at least in the X. Mid launch on most of those, low to mid spin. Look at the Graphite design lovers thread. 

 

It would help with some launch numbers if you have them.

Wow, posted at the same time, but I do find the XC more stout than you do. Not quite ventus black stout, but still.

I don’t have full number but from what I can pull from the golf sim app here are some averages with the Tensei 1K Black: 101 club head speed, 148 ball speed 248 average distance, 15 degree launch angle

Since you like the performance of the 1K Black but it's a bit too much and harsh, the 1K PW or 1K TPO may fit the bill.  Both feel better/smoother and don't require as much speed/effort to load properly IMO.  Differences between the two being the 1K TPO is slightly counterbalanced.

I ended up finding a great deal on a Tensei 1K Pro White shaft and am going to try that. 
 

if that doesn’t work out I’ll try the others listed.
