Gotta say it makes me feel good that Big E is only bagging the XXIO driver and 3w. I assumed he had a full bag of that stuff and I’m pleased I was wrong 😊

On a serious note. They do look pretty nice. Just a bit too far towards the GID side for EE I’d say. Thicker top line, a lot of offset ⬇️. IDK, I think XXIO and I just think ‘mid capper, resort golfer’. Prob from all their marketing I suppose 🤷🏼‍♂️

The ones I saw looked very much like z545 with way more offset.

Love that he has the 5iron ZUBS in the bag.   Still have one and currently play the newer 4iron ZXU weakened a degree in the 5iron spot as a 4.5 iron.

True but I always wonder if gear like that has stipulations for branding. If adams were still in business TM would probably want guys under the umbrella mainly with tm drivers.

Good point. Let’s be realistic, how many ppl out in the wild know XXIO and Srixon are under the same umbrella?! On the other side of the coin. I’d bet 95%+ of viewers just assume he’s playing XXIO irons.

I love that he is using a XXIO driver but it is the least XXIO a driver could ever be.  8.5* of loft, super stiff tip and butt shaft, low torque...wild stuff.

Yes, it's all the under the same company - Srixon, Cleveland, XXIO, and Asics under Dunlop Sports which are all brand names under the top ownership of SRI - Sumitomo Rubber Industries.
