PXG fulfillment times have gotten terrible

Maybe not as bad as others, but for simple stuff it's stupid...

 

All non-club products like clothing, accessories, etc take 3-5 days just to ship.

 

Ordered their m16 shaft on 4/19, uncut, no grip...still hasn't shipped. So a week until it ships and then about a week for delivery since they charge $30 flat rate for FedEx ground to ship clubs. 

 

Get it together pxg.

I ordered a Gen 6 driver last Monday, and it arrived yesterday. I was very pleased with my experience last week, but yours does seem a bit unreasonable. 🤷‍♂️

Yep. I just canceled my m16 putter shaft order. I can have a ust all-in in 2 days and not pay for shipping. Oh well. 

 

Been thinking I should buy a putter shaft from a shaft company rather than a club company anyway.

No one charges more for shipping. PERIOD.

 

 

 

Kidding of course, but I've always found it a bit ridiculous they charge so much for shipping when just about every other company does it for free if you spend over $100-150.

Yeah, their shipping is dumb. I'll pop $30 for shipping if it means I get it in 2 days. But $30 for ground...pfffft

If you really don’t want to wait, they have a new program called ‘get it fast’. They will build your order and overnight to you for $199. It’s 48 hours or less from when you order to when you get your clubs.

I just sent my irons in to get the swing weight changed and a couple other adjustments.  They quoted me in-house a week to 10 days.  They did the work the day after my clubs arrived and got them to fedex the next day.  Very fast turn around and they were great to work with.  And fedex delivered a day earlier than expected.

Took 4 days from payment to my door. For a custom spec order with non-stock shaft, non-stock swingweight, non-stock grip.
 

Maybe they don’t have the M16 shaft as well stocked?

 

Because my orders are arriving ahead of schedule. 

 

Took Mizuno 4w to get me 2 wedges with x100s…

I’m 2.5 weeks into my Mizuno order and it sounds like I’ll still be waiting 3-4 more. Upsetting when you’re told 3-4 up front

Last PXG order took 2 weeks from the time I ordered until it arrived. Taylormade took about the same amount of time, Titleist even longer. I believe Callaway seems to get orders to me the fastest.

Ordered ust all-in at 5ish last night. Got shipping notification around 10am this morning.

I've ordered a few clubs from them recently and I was quite pleased with the lead time.  That said, their shipping costs are ridiculous.

It shouldn't be all that hard since all their clubs have removable weights for swing weighting.

But they need to separate out club fulfillment from accessories fulfillment. Shouldn't take 5 days for an accessory to get into a box.

Just curious, how do you order individual club components.   I see some weights but no shafts.  Did you have to call directly?

 

My experience has been great, usually less than a week from hitting send on order to me having to hide their excessively large boxes from my wife.

Like other companies, they cut 10% of staff half in retail locations. Wonder if the remainder were in order fulfillment?  Articles claims the rest were across the company but who knows.

I don't think they sell club shafts but they definitely sell their graphite/steel composite putter shaft. And yes, you have to call to order it. And then hope the rep knows they can order the shaft for you

Ordered Gen6 P irons.... less than two weeks delivered and most of that was shipping time.

Ordered 0317CB irons....     dittos...will get them today.

I ordered a clearance headcover and it shipped in 2 days.  They even sent it 2 day express FedEx and only charged 7.00 for shipping.
