Any Anser style putter, but preferably a Ping Scottsdale Anser.

With the exception of some time with a Zebra about 15 years ago, I have putted Ping Ansers for over about 25 years.

Whichever one's in the bag at that time.

I have to profess undying love to it, or it might get the face on and start missing putts left, right and centre. Well... not centre, obviously.

In my time my favorites have been a Pal 4 BeCu that I accidentally broke; a steel B60 that I borrowed and foolishly gave back without a fight after shooting my lowest ever round with it; a Pal 5KS BeCu that I putted really well with for a while and shot a couple of silly 9 hole scores with; and a Ping Anser that I bagged for more years than Scott Verplank has had his...

In recent times I've done the SC thing - a Mil Spec being a mainstay of the bag for a couple of years, and a Studio Stainless Newport Beach also having it's name in lights for a while. I dabbled with a few others too, but that pair were the mainstay of the Camerons.

For the last couple of years I've dragged out an old Anser 2 that I bought about 20 years back and putted reasonably well with it, until this week when it was turfed out by a 25 year-old Pal that, based on current putting form, may become my next wife. :man_in_love:

For me it is an Anser style putter, they all can be traced back to the original Png Anser. I have putted with Camerons, Odysseys and Pings. I think everyone has a warm spot for the Pings even if they are rolling something else. A Ping putter is like old reliable you may move on to something newer or shinier but deep down you always give that old Ping a try. That is what knocked the Cameron out of my bag I gave the New Ping Karsten Anser2 a try at Golfsmith and fell in love. As luck would have it I seen a used one on a site for sale and bought it. It was a steal at $90.00 new but the best $55.00 used I ever spent on golf. Great putter! will give anything twice the price a run for the money IMHO.

Yes! abbie forged, everything I could ever want in a putter. Fantastic to look at, nice soft feel and sound and puts the best roll on a ball out of the hundreds of putters I have tried. Just my opinion!

I'm a traditional old school blade lover. I played a old Wilson 8802 for sometime before switching to a Odyssey 882. Recently I have played with a Odyssey XG #9 which is a great putter. Late last summer I bought a Yes Sophia and liked it. This spring I bought a Yes Nicky and have it in the bag right now.

I also game a couple of old T.P Mills designed Spaldings from time to time. I like the No. 1 and No. 12 the best.

I've got one of those!

Not my favourite though, it's in the spares corner.

The one to whom I am indebted for my first and only indivdual tournie win is my Cally Tour Blue TT2, a 'Zing' style design in titanium with heel/toe weights in the sole. It rolled in four 20ft+ putts that day last year getting my name up on the clubhouse wall forever more.

Half shaft offset seems to suit my eye so that's the type I tinker with; Newport 1.5, Anser 4, etc... although that TP Mills looks nice!

What do you currently use and what kind of misses to you want to fix?

I play a heavy (425g headweight), MOI mallet -- keeps my stroke stable and has an effective sweetspot of three inches. I noticed the weight in practice - more at first, less as I got use to it) but on the course when adreniline's flowing. It's weight also reuqires full committment to the putt, so I don't make last second changes during the stroke.
