What's your favorite putter?

This is a very interesting putter. I have never heard of a mixed construction like this, is it a special model or is this something TP has been doing for a while? Nice looking stick you have there.

That being said...nothing, and I mean NOTHING :rolleyes: beats this recent aquisition. It's a wild combination of SS and carbon...fused into a gorgeous creation that feels amazing. Don't try to figure it out...just enjoy the pics! :D

It's actually a one-off David made and I was very fortunate to be able to acquire. From what I know, a TON of work went into this one.

 

In theory...it looks like the SS on the sole and back of the putter add great weight in the right spots, and the carbon on the face gives it superb feel. It putts like a dream! :D

This week it's my Yes! Callie-f.

 

I LOVE the Callie-F as well. I just love the feel and results of this putter. My lag putting has taken a monumental leap with this thing in the bag.

My favorite and the only putter I currently own is a Ben Hogan Bettinardi Baby Ben that I picked up really cheap at a Dick's Sporting Goods. The guy who sold it to me kept doggy the putter and Bettinardi because he said it had zero loft and looked like a brick on a stick. Oh well, I like it and it will stay in a bag for a long while, since I can't offord one of those phancy Bettinardi's I have seen online.

I could look at a Softtail all day long. Beautiful lines and shape. Aesthetics-wise, probably my favorite. I also love the shape of the Byron 006's and my Slighter Tacoma/Bellevue hybrid pictured below.

My favorite looking are #9 Odyssey series, but way too much toe hang on that model for me to ever play it.

Also a big fan of the Anser/009 style heads as well. Picked up a Milled Anser 5 on ebay pretty cheap not too long ago and really like the way it feels after I got use to it. I've always preferred insert putters more than milled, but this has such a nice soft steel face on it that it has the nice click of the milled with the soft feeling of an insert. Best of both worlds in my opinion.

My favorite gamer is the one I have in my bag right now though and that's an #1W WBW Versa. This thing can't miss for me right now.

My favorite putter is my Betti Custom BB1 flow neck, but I put like crap with it. My best putter is my Redwood Anser which is a great looking putter too, but its no Betti custom

I've tried to stray away countless times, but I always end up coming back to my Yes Madison with the Super Stroke Fatso grip. It's like an on-again-off-again tragic romance, but I love that putter.

I've always played Odessey mallets until an instructor helped me radically tweak my whole putting routine. I tried a center shafted blade in the pro shop and it felt right. It's my current putter in my bag - Newport 2.6.
