905R comparison pic's

vs. R5TP,FT-3, Comp,580XD,905T

I guess i was a good boy this year as Santa delivered me a few Tour Goodies, I now have my 905R, F3-05 and 503i, he will be making a return trip later this week to bring me my 695MB's.

Here are the comparison pictures against the other Big Boys on the Block.

I have a 905T, 580XD, Comp 460, FT-3 and R5TP.

If you have questions or would like another shot from some other angle or have questions please ask and i will try to help.

I don't know if the pictures do this thing justice, this club is BIG, it looks great ( like a T on Steroids) but great. Hope you like the shots.

It has a Accra SC 75 shaft in it as well.

Someone picked up some new goodies...whenever you get a chance to test them out be sure to post a follow-up. I'd really like to hear your thoughts about the T vs. the R as well as some feedback on the 503i.

You'll have to do a review of the 905R. It's one driver I'm really looking to test out.

My goodness...I can't believe how much larger it looks than the FT-3! Now I have a hard time believing that the FT-3 is 460cc. The R is definately on my must have list for the new year.

Nice pics. I am a devoted Titleist guy but I kinda disagree with what they did. All the other companies went with the huge headed driver and I tried it out with the Callaway BB 454 but then I went back to the 983k and am getting much better control with same if not better distance. Titleist just seemed more pure to me and were gonna go with what they had working but im sure it had to come sometime. Nice pics though!

The face does seem shallower then the other drivers especially the Cally FT-3. Nice picks. I have never been successful with Titleist Drivers but I would like to hit the R with a nice shaft. Looks great.

Well I'm glad to see that the R sits more square than the T. I bought a T when it 1st came out and hooked the hell out of it. I got tired of opening the clubface and traded it in on a Nike SQ Tour. It'll hold me over until the R comes out (hopefully).

Nice to see a bit of buzz surrounding a Titleist driver again. For a while there there wasn't too much noise coming out of the Acushnet camp.

 

I for one can't wait to get mine.

Yeah, I lost interest in Titleist drivers becasue everyone else keeps coming out with newer bigger drivers and Titleist hasnt really changed since the 975D except a few cc's here and there. However I am Titleist loyal from irons to wedges to putters, and when the R comes out my bag will be completely Titleist again!!! Well except for golf balls I love the Nike One Platinums!!!

I like the the Titleist drivers because they are no nonsense. Although they aren't the longest, I think they are the most accurate and solid. Classic.

Hi Ben, i have a Fit-on 11 Pro 95 in my FT-3, i like the heavier shafts.

 

I have never liked the NV's at all, they are not a shaft that i have any success hitting. I know so many love the NV, but not me. Good luck. John.
