the new package

i got some christmas money and i thought that this year would finally be the one to bite the bullet and join club cameron but i'll cross my fingers until next year... i think that they should have different packages like ones marketed for juniors, men, or women and you could pick which one you wanted when you join.

I was thinking the colors were a little drab too for my taste. I'll probably do what I usually do no matter what though and renew my membership. :birthday:

It's basically the same stuff as the years before. And it's certainly not worth 100 bucks but as pitbull said I will renew my membership anyway. Because I'm affected with Scotty's stuff. He's the kinda guy that makes you spend your money on stuff the world doesn't need. But the cover is fu##ing sweeet!!!

I like this package a lot. If I didn't already have 2-3 backpacks, I'd consider joining again. I was a 2004 member, when they gave away a SCHWEET Duffel Bag. I still use it almost every day.

I like the style of the package. The new version of the C-and-crown is pretty good, too.

 

Not sure the brown shirt or the backpack will do much for me.

So big deal if you don't like the package. BUY IT and then sell the crap individually on ebay. The headcover alone will get at least $60. The T shirt probably $30. The backpack at least $20.... And if my math is correct, that's more than you paid for it, right? So basically you'd be a CC member for free. DUH. :birthday:

I like the package. But the package with the duffel bag was amazing.

Overall good.

But I think there needs to be more of an advantage in being in club cameron.

More slideshows, deals on merchandise, and maybe newsletter or something.

I joined today and don't see why $100 is a bad deal for this stuff. I figure the hat is worth $20, the headcover $45, the backpack $25, the t-shirt $20 for a total of at least $110 not including the sticker and pin.

 

I'm sure it cost pennies to make these items, but with Scotty's name, the retail prices are inflated. Overall I think $100 is a very fair price, perhaps even a bargain.

i think 100 bucks is resonable, if you have a duffle bag i really want one so PM me and ill buy it off you. I have seen duffle bags form SC sell for more than 75 bucks and headcovers from more than 60 plus you get the hat, shirt pin and what not

You know there are two ways to word this post. One a tactful, classy way for saying something most of us already know can be done and or do. The other, the way you wrote it.

me to. ive bin dying to start my hedcover colection and this is a great way to do so. as for the 100 bucks im not sure yet im a first time member and i am ancuas to see what kinda inside info and offers there are.

Two things:

 

1. I think it's a great deal being that if you're a cover collector..give or take a few years..this cover will fetch you more than what the kit costs now.

 

2. That guy who bought the kit on Ebay must feel.. :birthday:

3 weeks before shipping? I paid for overnight shipping, so I guess I should call and change that if I have to wait that long anyway. I ordered mine yesterday around 11:00 a.m. EST and thought it might be here today...NOPE!
