I've been playing 44 years. Played on high school and college teams. Was in the golf business for 18 years, a PGA Head Pro for 12 years. Got out of the business in 1995. Reinstated as an amateur in 2000...enjoy the game alot more now! Index 1.8

Were you a Head Pro in the Monterey area?

I grew up in Marina and worked as a greenskeeper at Carmel Valley Ranch for a few years out of high school, 84-87 time frame, but never played much until a couple years ago, boy I would love to be able to move back to the area some day and take advantage of the golfing opportunities I had no interest in when I was younger :) Left in 88 and have only visited a few times since.

Played for 20 years, Handicap is scratch but, that's when I'm playing a lot during the summer, probably a 3-4, never practice, not enough time and don't like to any how.

Been playing 22 years.

 

I play or practice almost every day to some degree.

 

I did play some golf for a living at one time, but never made it to anything bigger than the first stage of Q-School 3 times and mini tour events.

 

My handicap index is currently +3.2.

HOW LONG have you been playing golf I played for 22 years and then developed psoriasis on my hands and couldn't play for 10 years and then came back last May 05.

 

HOW often you play a regular round(18 hole) I play at least 2 18 hole rounds during the week and 1-3 nine hole rounds.

 

HOW Often you practice (everyday, once a week, twice a month...) I practice everday during the spring, summer and fall and 4-5 times per week during the winter.

 

And what's your handicap?( if you don't have an index, just give some number like +20...) My handicap is +1.6 but I am like a few above. 2-3 duh shots per round or I could go really low.

-Been playing for 14 yrs

-Usually play an avg of 6 rounds a month.

-Hit the range and practice green about 2 times a week from St Patricks Day to Thanksgiving. I pretty much shut it down between the two days unless it's above 50 degrees.

Been playing around 18 years. Practice maybe a couple of times a week, play a couple of times as well. Bought a custom Cameron at the beginning of last year and putted better than ever, last revision was +4.2.

I play about 1-2 times a week in the winter and 3-4 times a week summer

I practice 1-2 times a week in winter and everyday I don't play in the summer.

Handicap is 2.8

 

The wife and kids haven't help the index much. Like my dad told me when I got married add 5 strokes to your index every time you add someone to your family. Hasn't been that bad yet but close.
