r7 460 on tour?!?!?!?

hey guys if you look closely to hidemichi tanaka's bag you'll see that he plays a r7 460 for the sony open!!!! :birthday: i think he uses this club because there's the swingweight plug at the back of the club instead of the tlc cartridges on the 425..... :) i'm not an expert but it really looks like the r7 460.....

i'm not sure but......

That's a 425 not 460. The 460 only has 2 weights and they are on the toe and heel.

That looks like a 425 being that it looks like it has 2 cartridges in the back.

There's another thread on this, the TP version probably will not happen. Atleast at this point thats what TM is leaning towards.

I don't believe anyone has a 460 in play on any tour. Spoke to the Taylor Reps the past three days and none are out there and they don't even have them to "test out" to any player. The 425 is being used or tested by most of the TM players and many other non-TM players.

Exactly, the Taylor rep said the 460 is "only in talks", and nothing has been made nor tested.
