Are KZG forged by Miura???

I was talking to the local Pro shop guy today, who happens to be a KZG distributor, and he told me that the KZG line of forged irons actually came from Miura. He said that this was told to him by the one of the higher ups in the company. Does anyone happen to have any insight on this? Just looking at the pics of the KZG seems rather appealing and the price tag is also a little nicer. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I know a club builder who is an authorized dealer and he told me they were forged by Endo, KZG's are really good irons, I wish they would make a blade smaller than the ZO's with the same offset, I liked the forged blades but the offset was to much for me.

Lots of sources say that KZG's are Endo forged, specifically the Evolutions (I was sure that when first introduced, they were listed as such on kzgolf.com), but really--TONS of companies use Endo. Used to be they did the majority of the OEM forgings. Nothing super special there...just a name to to put to a face. Like Endo, I'm incredibly unremarkable in real life. ;)

I thought Miura stopped forging for other companys so they could concentrate more on there own products a few years ago?

the kzg products look more like kyoei products to me...

Endo: in all likelihood, yes.

And I'm pretty sure Miura does only Miura clubs now...
