It all depends on the order. Some as quickly as a week or two for a "ready made" if we have all components, to several months for something really custom. One-off's new designs and exotic materials can take even longer. For something really fast though, check out 303milled.com - Jimmy has some beautiful ready made customs and more on the way.

I will put it this way guys. It doesn't get better than Dave from a customer service standpoint. Other companies have excuses their a one man shop. Dave doesn't have a huge team and is the best in the business. Don't hesitate to buy and that's coming from someone who has own custom putters from nearly everyone in the business.

Well said and another carbon copy to your post UnderPar18. Dave has been amazing to communicate with through my build process with picture updates and questions when we come to various options. Its been an awesome customer experience thus far and certainly many more Machines in my future.

He emailed me the other day. Took him a little longer than normal but still pretty quick. He's been swamped with meetings and orders right before the holidays and at the end of the season.

Try shooting him another email. The weekend may be easier for him to reply

Dang waiting for a putter to be built sucks. Days seem longer. Putting with your current gamer doesn't seem as fun. Oh the misery of waiting...

Disappointed that was unable to get response from Machine about a visit and a new putter build during recent trip through area. Hopefully, will get response in near future so build process can begin.

I've also been emailing Machine for an M10 recently and they just can't seem to find the time to reply. Time to look for a different putter...

My first 1 took 8 weeks (its a Carbon one that has a hotsalts gunmetal finish so it took a little longer).
This one I've been waiting a little over 4 weeks now...I was told it would be a lot quicker than the last one though....we'll see.
