Well, I really like what I have in my bag! But I don't think I'll say 'no' to the S58 Ping's irons... :-) ;-)

I've made a "Best Offer" this afternoon on EBay for S58 Irons, just for fun, and I WON!!! :shok: I never thought it would be accepted. So I got my gift before Xmas But with all I bought recently ( 3 hybrids & 2 Woods), there's nothing left for others' gifts... :fool: :wub: :jester: :secret:

 

Is there others like me who go crazy :crazy: and "almost" lose control ;) when they see "inexpensive" things on EBay...?

 

Well, I'm happy anyway. It's just my 4th irons kit in the last 7 months: 1- Wilson Di5 (very good for the price) 2- Ping G2 (excellent, first time I got something for my "size" 5'6) 3- Ping G5 (a month after my G2, but I couldn't let go this deal :crazy: ) and finally 5- S58 (what can I say ;) )

 

And I won't mention my drivers & wedges & hybrids &... :fool:

I would have to say that I like what's in my bag, the only things I would change would be my driver and 3 wood. I would want TM Burner TP's or Cobra Speed Pro S that have been fitted or 'kwoked' just for me. I would trust Joe to put me in the right shaft. The rest of my clubs excluding my 4 wood have already been fitted to me.

Car? I couldn't possibly choose only one.... I currently have a Volvo V70N T5 (with a few extra horses) and an old (somewhat tinkered-with :good: ) Mitsubishi Lancer Evo 6 GSR...

 

If I'm pushed, I'll settle for an Audi RS4....I have dogs and I like 4 wheel drive...

 

Wife (checks over shoulder whilst typing) would be another difficult one. Probably Brittany Lincicome.

 

Houses? Wow... I'll have Roger Taylor's (Queen drummer's) in Helford Passage, Cornwall please. Plus a nice pad in rural North Yorkshire somewhere inland from Scarborough. I'll have a little pad in my old stomping ground in Dartmouth (Devon) too, and a place in Florida (like everyone wants) preferably in Captiva or Sanibel Island. A pad in Tromso is a must, and I'll break the bank and have somewhere in Reykjavik too please. If there's any left over, a bit of a hunting lodge near Kruger would be nice, as would a little place in Cape Town.

 

Watches? Not my thing, really. Any one that keeps good time is fine.

 

Foursome? Me, Tom Watson, Greg Norman and my wife (i.e. Brittany) will be nice.

 

Caddy? All the one's I'd pick for conversation aresadly no longer with us.. Keith Moon, Oliver Reed, Richards Harris and Burton. I'll say Roger Moore.

 

Dinner? A few good mates and some ration packs and hot coffee in freezing weather camped out somewhere like Dartmoor. The setting's as important as the food to me..

 

Lunch? Fish and chips and mushy peas.

 

Kids? No idea.

 

Dog? Already there. Got the finest dogs in the world x3 and an imitation thereof already. GSD it is.

 

TV? Anthing really, as long as it works and it's not at a neck-cricking height on the wall.

 

Mower? Patrick. He was in a lot of cheesy TV series' in the 70s...

Driver: Very hard to decide seeing as I haven't hit it, but I would go for the Tourstage X-Drive 8.5* with a Fujikura Rombax in it. If I didn't have this, I would have a Burner TP/r7 425 TP, 8.5*
