i have pretty simple tastes i dont need or even really want muira or japanise stuff

 

what i would like is,

irons custom cleveland cg tour irons lofts adjust to 20* in the 3 iron to 49* in the wedge with even space in between. project X 6.5 flighted shafts

cobra speed LD 15* 3wood. diamana blue shaft 83x

adams idea pro gold 18* hybrid with DVS x flex shaft 80 gram.

cleveland cg10 54 & 58* zip grove wedges.

and my YES! nicky putter.

 

for my driver,

adams xtd pro with graphit design tour quatro 80 gram x flex shaft.

I'm one of the fortunate few who mostly have their dream bag already (see sig.). Unfortunately, they don't make the clubs to complete my dream bag.

 

The only club I would change is my driver. If I could have my way, I'd have a set of about 10-12 shafts which I could use in perhaps 4-5 clubheads. Here's the kicker though. I want a universal clubhead-to-shaft connection so that all of the shafts fit all of the clubheads. With this set-up, I could take these shafts & clubheads to the course with me, and based on the conditions that day, build the shaft-clubhead combo appropriate for the course and conditions. For now, this will only be a dream.

I am close to to this bag, but I need to work on my ball striking a little more before moving to the 680, or 681s. Also I would love to have the tour only Newport beach, but I am not willing to pay the cost for one of these.

What is the benefit of PX Flighted over the standard PX shafts? I read the difference so that each shaft is unique to the club. But what does that really get you except 6 or 7 different shafts and feel?

My signature is pretty close to my dream bag. I would put the Hibore XL red fuji stiff flex back into my bag. I just picked one up and it should be here later today. I would add a 54* Tour W wedge, and I would add a 24 or 25* hybrid. I wouldn't mind having a scotty putter, but my Karsten seems to be working just fine.

Driver: Custom fit on Trackman with all current drivers and shafts (just like the pro's - dream big or go home)

Irons: Black Pearls/Miura blades w aerotech steelfiber shafts or matrix custom iron shafts (black)

Wedges: Custom fit set from Roger Cleveland

Putter: Custom fit from S. Cameron - you did say dream bag

 

Oh well just have to keep trying to find that perfect set on a proletariat's budget.

Also a nice surplus of ProV1x, two pairs of Footjoys (alternate colors), 6 or 8 Titleist gloves, couple of Ping and Titleist hats, and a Dryjoys rainsuit for the "winter" golf down here in AL. That should cover it.
