What shoes do you play in?

Ya like em?

Just wanted to get some opinions on what type of shoes you WRXers are playing in. Right now I'm playing in a pair of Nike SP-7's. They feel pretty good but one could question the quality of the materials, and the overall shoe for that matter. But I digress, lets hear what you think!

Nike SP6 Tour

I like them because of the extra arch support.

After trying many brands, I found I prefer Bite golf shoes with their wide toe box. Not the best looking shoes, but the most comfortable for me and their prices aren't bad.

I've been playing golf for 19 years and IMO you can't beat a FootJoy. I left the golf business for awhile and was in it again for a couple of years before doing what I do now. I handled all the vendor returns and noticed that I returned 1 pair of Footjoys to every 3 pairs of Adidas and 5 pairs of Nikes. My favorite Footjoys that I like to wear are the Classics with Ostrich skin!!

I totally agree, I managed a running shoe store for about two years and the only defects I would get were from Nike. I am currently playing in the SP-7's and kind of regret the decission, they have pretty good feel but just don't hold up well. My last pair of TW shoes turned all my socks orange because the leather die would rub off once my feet got hot.

How about the Adidas 360's? Anyone try them and if so are they worth the $150 price tag? Would you take them over a pair of FootJoys for the same price?

Footjoy Fit Dogs at the moment, actually quite comfortable. I have always found Nike's to be more comfortable than footjoys but they never last as long. Footjoy are best for durability although I might try Adidas next. Anyone tried Ecco? I nearly bought a pair a year or two back but decided against it.

Foot Joys are the way to go. Great customer services and quality control. I have never had a shoe that has held up or more comfortable than a FJ.

I picked up a pair of White Tour Metals, I wore them a few times to play virtual, and they are very comfortable, hopefully they will hold up well on the course. Any shoe cleaner you guys reccomend to keep then white?

I've got a pair of the Tour 360s and they are awesome shoes. They are a bit narrower than my FJs, but I think they are extremely comfortable. The rear of shoe seems a bit lower and so at first it feels like the shoe is going to slip off, but I don't notice it anymore. I rarely ride and I think the 360s are one of the most comfortable shoes out there and with the looks it's a nice change from the norm.

I have a pair of the all white Adidas Tour Metal and the all back Tour 360. Also have a pair of the all black Callaway Comfort saddle. I'm looking forward to seeing the new Fila line of golf shoes that debut this spring.
