Top dressing for Bermuda

How long do you wait till the greens are back in shape. I'm going on vacation at the end of the week and one of the courses we had pegged top dressed the 17th and schedeuled again for the 30th. We are scheduled to play it on the 27th. Any thoughts on if we should switch courses or not?

I would say 6 weeks til they are back.

if they are just topdressing it should be fine in a week or so. if they are doing aerification, then 4-6 weeks.

It depends really. At a course that I play, they have within the past 5 years redesigned some of the holes and have some greens that are newer than the rest. The older greens get aerated with very small holes and the newer greens get aerated with the big holes. The smaller holes doesn't effect putting nearly as much as the bigger ones. They'll actually let a ball hold its line. Simp
